Information that may be collected
The Authority Shift website does not currently contain its own account registration, payment system, or contact form. Website hosting and linked third-party services may collect information such as:
- Names and email addresses you voluntarily submit through a linked form or service

- Cookies, referral information, and similar technologies
Information is collected only as needed to provide requested resources, communicate with you, improve the visitor experience, or operate the services you choose to use.

Cloudflare Web Analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general website usage and performance, including page views, referral sources, approximate geographic region, browser and device information, and page-load performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to provide aggregated measurement without using cookies to track visitors across websites. The information is used to understand which pages and resources are helpful and to improve the visitor experience.
Email communications
Duey operates an email list through HBA Mailer for educational content, updates, and occasional product recommendations. Free TAS downloads do not require an email address and do not automatically add you to that list. There is currently no email-list signup on this website. Existing subscribers can use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop receiving it.
Cookies and technical information
Website hosting, analytics, affiliate tracking, and linked services may use cookies or similar technologies to understand usage, remember preferences, measure referrals, and improve their services. You may restrict or disable cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect how some third-party services function.
Third-party services and links
Google Drive hosts the assessment and standalone Blueprint. The linked Google Forms feedback survey collects your responses and any identifying or contact details you choose to supply. Duey uses feedback to improve the site; submitting feedback is not a newsletter subscription. Avoid including sensitive personal information in your answers.
Facebook operates the linked group and profiles. The Profile Shift links to a Vimeo-hosted video; the current TAS pages link out to it rather than embedding a player. Google Fonts supplies the site’s web fonts. These providers process requests under their own policies.
HBA Mailer handles the separate email list. Affiliate platforms and program providers can receive referral and purchase information when you follow their links. See How TAS makes money for the featured programs and relationships. Outside services have their own collection, retention, and privacy practices.
Data retention and protection
Information directly received by The Authority Shift is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, to maintain appropriate records, or to meet legal obligations. Reasonable security measures are used to protect that information; however, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure. Third-party providers maintain information according to their own retention and security practices.
Children’s privacy
This website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and The Authority Shift does not knowingly request personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will appear on this page with an updated effective date.
Requests about your information
You can email duane@duanepalen.com to ask about information you provided directly, request a correction, or request deletion. Describe the interaction and how to identify your record. Requests are reviewed in light of applicable obligations; information held independently by another provider may require a request to that provider.
