A practical starting point from Duey

Know where to start.

The questions ask about the business you have today: how consistently you work, how clearly you communicate, what a profile visitor sees, and what happens when someone shows interest.

  • Your Primary ShiftThe area with your highest total. Use it to choose the first problem you’ll work on.
  • Your Secondary ShiftThe area with your second-highest total. Keep it in view as you make progress on your first priority.
  • A practical next stepThe final page connects each result to the matching shift or profile resource.

Answer honestly. Count carefully.

  1. Choose one answer per question.

Pick the response that sounds most like where you are today. Use your actual habits and results as your reference.

  2. Count the selections for each shift.

Use the scoring page to record your totals. The highest total is your Primary Shift; the second-highest is your Secondary Shift.

  3. Take one useful next step.

Read the recommendation for your result, then choose a change you can begin applying.

  4. If scores tie, choose the most useful task.

First check that the four totals add up to 16. If two or more Shifts tie, choose the one blocking a task you need to finish now. Keep the other tied area as a second priority. This is a self-reflection tool, not a validated diagnostic test.
